The Anatomy Lab is well-built & sufficiently equipped with various models of human body systems, specimens, skeletons and bones, and charts. Anatomy lab is specially designed for the students to learn human anatomy through adaver-based dissection. It is integrated and accelerated according to Bachelor of Science in nursing curriculum.

The Anatomy Lab is an intricate part of student learning. It provides a foundation for learning through models rather than imagination. The lab has various stations where models are kept with sufficient space to accommodate 8-10 students at once in every model. There are 20 models of each system with cross-sectional view.

Students literally can correlate book knowledge with the models, which are precisely built as per student's requirement and system wise.

Mission and Goals

The primary goal of the Anatomy Lab is to enhance the theoretical knowledge of students regarding organs, bones, system or human anatomy and physiology related facts through sophisticated learning technology.

Hands on Learning

The Anatomy Lab physical layout accommodates various learning areas and stations according to the needs of the students. All the charts are displayed in the walls of lab as well as hand-made model by students.

Microscope with additional slides is also kept to provide students learn by observing the structure of various human cells. Proper illuminations of light, ventilation, wash basin are also equipped.

Anatomy lab emulates a real-world environment that enables students to develop and enhance their knowledge of their own body system, how does it function and relation of one system with other, what is normal and abnormal structure etc.

The lab provides realistic practice environment for students instills a sense of confidence and expertise regarding subject matter which forms the base for learning and understanding disease condition and abnormalities in next year.
